Customer Service Representative (m/f/d)

Our goal is a solar system on every roof, a battery in every house, and an electric car in every garage. Your Tasks

• You will support our customers with their inquiries and concerns and be the first point of contact by phone and email.

• Your focus will be on telephone customer support, as well as reliably processing incoming emails.

• You will work in a dedicated team and assist in processing and forwarding customer requests.

• You will work closely with various operational teams at Enpal to solve concerns in a structured manner.

• You will continuously develop yourself through regular training on our products, processes, and internal procedures.

Your Profile

• You have very good German language skills (at least C1) in speaking and writing.

• You are a communicative, empathetic, and solution-oriented personality with a strong team spirit.

• You already have initial experience in customer service or similar areas, or you are an ambitious career changer.

• You have a positive, open-minded demeanor and you place great value on reliable and service-oriented customer support.
