We are looking for you (m/w/d) as a customer advisor for customer service and order processing in full-time or part-time (> 25 hours)

We supply large consumers with a full range of fresh and high-quality food products from organic farming. Our customers include business casinos, canteens, hospital kitchens, catering companies, school kitchens, cafes, conference centers, and hotels. With around 45 employees at our locations in Landsham near Munich, Kornwestheim in the Stuttgart metropolitan area, and Überlingen on Lake Constance, our mid-sized company is primarily active on the southern German market. At all times, we focus on maximum regionality, fair partnerships with local producers and processors, as well as animal and environmental protection.

The following tasks await you:

• Customer service in-house
• Order processing of incoming customer orders
• Preliminary preparation of offers for our customers
• Maintenance of master data in our ERP system Microsoft Dynamics Navision

You bring with you:

• Experience in customer contact
• Good MS Office skills
• Experience in customer service, the food or beverage industry, or retail
• Pleasure in telephone customer contact
• Very good German language skills in writing and speaking
• Ideal knowledge of trade with biologically produced food products and their production
• Ideal knowledge of working with Microsoft Dynamics (NAV)
