The GFN GmbH accompanies people nationwide as an education provider with IT specialization in their further education and professional reorientation.

We are looking for you as a Customer Advisor (m/w/x) - Full-time for our Training Center in Dresden.

If you have already gained some experience in the further education sector, preferably in subsidized further education?

You enjoy working with people, approach them openly, can actively listen and understand how to put yourself in other situations?

Tasks

• Bureau organization and general assistance tasks (e.g. phone, post, orders, procurement, service)
• Independent customer support on site and by phone
• Documentation of documents according to AZAV guidelines
• Contact maintenance with the local chamber of commerce, cost bearers, and internship providers
• Administrative preparation and organizational support for the implementation of our further education offer.
• The position also includes online support for customer care at our location in Leipzig.

Qualification

• Completed commercial training with first experiences in administration and customer service, ideally in the field of subsidized further education
• Good MS-Office user skills
• Very good German language skills in writing and speaking
• Strong team spirit, strong service orientation, and ability to work independently
• Self-confidence, winning demeanor, and finger-tip feeling
• Pleasure at work, enthusiasm, and high initiative
