As a Customer Liaison in the event business, you are the central point of contact for our existing customers and ensure that their seminars and events are planned and implemented smoothly. You work closely with hotels, locations, and service providers and turn every inquiry into a successful event.

Your Role

You accompany our customers through the entire planning process from the first inquiry to the successful settlement and ensure that every detail is correct.

In this role, you will:

• You coordinate seminars and conferences for our existing customers and are their first point of contact.
• You steer the collaboration between customers, hotels, and other service providers.
• You manage hotel contingents and keep deadlines, bookings, and availability in mind at all times.
• You research our portfolio for suitable locations and support the selection of suitable partners.
• You organize the dispatch of event materials and coordinates all organizational details.
• You manage participant management and ensure a smooth flow.
• You review invoices, control settlements, and ensure a clean cost overview.
• You evaluate events, create reports, and develop our service quality together with the team continuously further.
