Customer Service Representative (remote)

At Onepilot, we collaborate with freelance customer service representatives who are specifically trained to meet the individual requirements of our clients. These agents are compensated based on performance and benefit from a quality bonus – a reflection of our commitment to excellence. Our goal is to provide them with a flexible, transparent, and enriching work environment.

Responsibilities

As an Onepilot agent, you will work on a freelance basis, supporting our clients' customers with their inquiries.

After completing e-learning training on each specific client, you will gain access to a knowledge base for the respective project. With the help of our technology and this knowledge base, you will be able to efficiently answer requests via email, chat, or phone.

You will work completely remotely and be paid per resolved ticket. The price per request depends on its complexity, processing time, and your location, ranging from €0.40 to €2. On average, our agents earn between €15 and €20 per hour.

Qualifications

• You are comfortable using new technologies
• You enjoy solving problems, are curious, and dynamic
• You enjoy communicating – in writing and orally
• You are available for at least 15 hours per week
