Customer Representative Quality - Automotive (m/w/d) - JN420-11

We are looking for an experienced customer representative to support a successful automotive supplier company. The location is in the metropolitan region of Bremen-Oldenburg.

Tasks

• Ensuring quality requirements according to internal guidelines and customer specifications
• Fachliche Betreuung der Kunden in qualitätsrelevanten Themen
• Planning and conducting product, process, and workplace audits
• Analyzing quality problems and introducing and following up on corrective measures
• Blocking and releasing products upon deviations from specifications
• Conducting special investigations in case of production problems
• Collaborating with customers and suppliers, particularly during new product launches
• Maintaining and developing production control plans and FMEAs
• Training employees on quality requirements and management systems
• Handling complaints and warranty cases including damage analysis
• Monitoring defined quality key figures and targets
• Closely cooperating with internal departments to continuously improve

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or engineering (e.g. industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, quality management, production technology)
• Relevant knowledge in quality assurance/quality management or corresponding further education desired
• First work experience in supplier management including process audits
• Familiarity with quality techniques and planning methods
• Knowledge of common standards ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and VDA 6.3
• Good MS-Office and SAP skills
• Excellent German and English language skills in writing and speaking
