Customer Advisor (m/w/d)

Tasks

• individual consulting and care of private and business customers
• data collection and documentation
• drafting of contracts, written processing of customer inquiries
• e-mail processing, correspondence with business partners

Qualification

• completed commercial vocational training or comparable degree
• You are communicatively strong and work customer-oriented
• desirable are first professional experiences in customer care or the service sector
• fluent German language skills and good English language skills are advantageous
• very good knowledge of commonly used MS-Office packages is required
• You stand out through stress tolerance and team ability
