Our software supports customers in mapping their daily business processes efficiently and reliably. As a customer support representative, you are an important interface between customers, our product, and our internal teams. You ensure that our customers can use their software safely, find solutions with them, and actively contribute their experiences to the further development of our products.

Customer Support Representative (m/f/d) in 1st and 2nd Level Support

What awaits you:

• You are the first point of contact for our customers and process inquiries by phone and email via our ticketing system (1st Level Support)
• You support our customers in the daily use of our software
• You analyze questions and problems, isolate errors, and coordinate further processing with our internal teams when more than 1st Level Support is required
• You keep the business processes of our customers in mind and identify optimization potential in the use of our software
• You actively feed back customer feedback and requirements to the team, thereby supporting the continuous development of our products
• You coordinate solutions and findings and contribute to ensuring that knowledge remains available within the team

What you should bring:

• Enjoy advising and direct contact with people
• Interest in IT, software, and digital solutions - you don't have to be a tech expert, but you should enjoy getting to grips with technical topics
• You are changing careers, a recent graduate, or have an IT-related education
• A structured, reliable, and independent way of working
• You can empathize well with our customers' requirements and explain complex issues clearly
• Desire to take responsibility and develop solutions together with the team
• Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
