Customer Service Representative Property Management (m/f/d)

We are looking for you on behalf of our partner company in Munich as a "Customer Service Representative Property Management (m/f/d)".

Responsibilities

• You will handle customer inquiries via telephone, email, and digital service channels and document them comprehensibly in the respective systems
• You will resolve inquiries independently or forward them with qualification to the responsible departments
• Furthermore, you will answer customer inquiries in writing and ensure service-oriented communication
• You will handle inquiries and complaints taking into account defined processes and quality standards
• In addition, you will support the maintenance of customer data and contribute to a high service quality throughout the entire processing process

Qualifications

• The basis is a completed apprenticeship, ideally as a Real Estate Agent (m/f/d), Office Management Clerk (m/f/d), Dialogue Marketing Clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable commercial qualification
• Ideally, you have professional experience as a Customer Service Representative (m/f/d), Service Center Employee (m/f/d), Customer Service Agent (m/f/d), or Customer Service Clerk (m/f/d)
• In addition, knowledge of SAP, CRM systems, or comparable applications is advantageous
• Service orientation, strong communication skills, empathy, and the willingness to familiarize yourself with housing industry topics are important
