Job description
We are looking for you on behalf of our partner company in Munich as a "Customer Service Representative Real Estate Management (m/f/d)".
Responsibilities
- You will process customer inquiries via telephone, email, and digital service channels, documenting them clearly in the relevant systems
- You will resolve inquiries independently or forward them with proper qualification to the responsible departments
- Furthermore, you will answer customer inquiries in writing and ensure service-oriented communication
- You will process inquiries and complaints, taking into account defined processes and quality standards
- Additionally, you will support the maintenance of customer data and contribute to a high level of service quality throughout the entire processing workflow
Qualifications
- The basis is a completed apprenticeship, ideally as a Real Estate Agent (m/f/d), Office Management Clerk (m/f/d), Dialog Marketing Clerk (m/f/d), or a comparable commercial qualification
- Ideally, you bring professional experience as a Customer Service Representative (m/f/d), Service Center Employee (m/f/d), Customer Service Agent (m/f/d), or Customer Service Administrator (m/f/d)
- In addition, knowledge of SAP, CRM systems, or comparable applications are advantageous
- Service orientation, strong communication skills, empathy, and the willingness to familiarize yourself with housing industry topics are important
