We are looking for you on behalf of our partner company in Munich as "Customer Representative Real Estate Management (m/w/d)".

Tasks

• You process customer requests via telephone, email, and digital service channels and document these comprehensibly in the corresponding systems.
• You resolve inquiries independently or forward them to the relevant departments with a high level of qualification.
• In addition, you answer customer inquiries in writing and ensure a service-oriented communication.
• You process requests and complaints based on defined processes and quality standards.
• In addition, you support the maintenance of customer data and contribute to a high level of service quality throughout the entire processing process.

Qualification

• The foundation is an completed education, ideally as Real Estate Agent (m/w/d), Business Administration Clerk (m/w/d), Marketing Assistant (m/w/d) or a comparable commercial qualification.
• Ideal candidates bring experience as Customer Representative (m/w/d), Service Center Employee (m/w/d), Customer Service Agent (m/w/d) or Data Entry Clerk Customer Service (m/w/d).
• In addition, knowledge of SAP, CRM systems or similar applications is advantageous.
• Important are service orientation, communication strength, empathy and the willingness to familiarize yourself with real estate topics.
