Customer Advisor in the Inner Service (m/w/d)

Job description

We are looking for an engaged personality to support our team in the inner service – full-time or part-time (flexibly adjustable).

Our insurance agency in the heart of Damme has stood for personal consultation and reliability for over 40 years. Today, we combine this experience with modern, hybrid working methods and a strong team spirit.

You can expect short decision-making paths, direct customer contact, and the opportunity to bring in your own ideas and actively shape processes.

Tasks

Supporting the business unit leadership in the back office
Accepting and processing customer requests (personally & by phone)
Claims processing and general administrative tasks
Caring for our existing customer base (perspective main responsibility)

Qualification

Prior training in the insurance sector – cross-industry entrants are explicitly welcome
Proficient use of Microsoft Office
Technical basic understanding and enthusiasm for PC-based work
Interest in getting involved in the insurance world and continuing to learn
Communication skills, friendliness, and reliability
Optional: Affinity to Social Media
