Customer Representative in Export with Italian Language Skills (m/w/d)

The Pfalzmarkt für Obst und Gemüse eG is one of the leading producer cooperatives in Europe. With over 200 regional products, we supply customers daily - directly from the producer, fresh from the Palatinate. For our export team, we are looking for reinforcement in customer service - with a focus on our Italian trading partners.

Your Tasks

• Persönliche Betreuung unserer italienischen Exportkunden im Tagesgeschäft
• Eigenständige Auftragsbearbeitung von der Erfassung bis zur Fakturierung
• Erstellung von Lieferscheinen, Rechnungen und Exportdokumenten
• Organisation und Koordination der Transporte mit unseren Logistikpartnern
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Außendienst, der Logistik und der Qualitätssicherung
• Pflege der Kundenstammdaten und laufende Kommunikation in deutscher und italienischer Sprache

You Bring

• Completed commercial training (e.g. foreign trade, wholesale, logistics or comparable)
• Professional experience in international customer service or export, ideally in the fresh produce industry
• Very good Italian language skills in writing and speaking as well as good German language skills
• Familiarity with MS Office
• Customer-oriented thinking, communication strength and organizational skills
• Stress tolerance, team spirit and a structured work style
