Processing of complaints
Development and implementation of quality improvements based on internal and external findings
Support in conceiving Poka-Yoke solutions
Creation and tracking of action plans for product- and process optimizations
Creation of quality evaluations
Evaluation of article specifications (load list, QS requirements)
Updating of production instructions and other documentation (e.g. FMEA)
Continuing education as an auditor according to VDA 6.3, financed and supported by the customer company
You bring with you for your work as Customer Representative: Professional experience in quality management and product liability
Knowledge in applying QM methods/ tools and evaluations
Foundations of auditing desirable but not necessary
Good English- and German language skills
Knowledge of MS Office
