Responsibilities

As an Onepilot agent, you are a freelance collaborator who helps the customers of our clients with their problems.

After completing e-learning training for your clients, you will have access to a knowledge base for each client. The Onepilot technology and this knowledge base will allow you to respond effectively to our clients' requests, which will come in via email, chat, or phone call.

You work from home and are paid per resolved ticket. The price of each ticket varies depending on the complexity of the ticket and your location. It ranges from €0.40 to €2.

Qualifications

• You’re comfortable with new technologies
• You like solving problems, you’re curious and dynamic
• You enjoy communicating (written and spoken communication)
• You’re available at least 20h/week
