Customer Representative Export Service Center (m/w/d)

We are looking for you as a customer representative in the export service center


Full-time 38.5 hours/week

Atractive remuneration
Schedule between 6 - 20 hours
In Sulzbach-Rosenberg

Your tasks: Customer support via email, phone, and on-site
Recording and management of orders and offers
Support in integrating new customers and active/passive acquisition of new customers
Preparation of export declarations
Development of measures to increase sales and analysis of the potential of the existing customer base
Tight cooperation with external logistics service providers and support in the warehouse as needed

You bring: You have successfully completed a commercial education with a focus on the automotive industry
A high level of communication skills, including English, is one of your strengths (additional foreign language skills are an advantage)
You possess good IT skills
Negotiation and organizational skills, as well as flexibility, round out your profile
