Customer Service Manager - Project Manager (m/w/d)

To strengthen our team, we are looking for reinforcement in our Distribution Team at the earliest possible time.

Aufgaben

• Kundenbetreuung: You are the first point of contact for our customers by phone and email – from order confirmation to completed installation. You answer questions, clarify open points, and ensure that our customers feel well informed and supported.
• Auftragskoordination: You check incoming orders for completeness, coordinate with sales and external teams, and ensure that deadlines are met. If something is amiss, you find a solution.
• Reklamationsmanagement: When things don't quite fit, take over: You accept complaints, clarify the cause with involved teams, and ensure that customers receive a quick and fair solution. You document recurring problems and help to eliminate them in the long term.
• Prozesse verbessern: You quickly notice where processes are stuck, and bring your own ideas for how we can improve. At our company, you're allowed to change things – not just work around them.

Qualifikation

• You have experience in customer service, order processing, or project coordination – whether in the trades, commerce, production, or a similar environment.
• You are organized, communicative, and solution-oriented – you enjoy structuring things and bringing projects to fruition.
• You like talking on the phone, writing clear emails, and keeping track of multiple parallel tasks.
• You bring a hands-on mentality and want to actively shape processes and drive them forward.
• You take responsibility, think economically, and work well in a team.
• Technical knowledge is not essential – what matters most are organizational talent, communication strength, and a good sense of process flow.
