The possibility of home office work
Flexible working hours
A comprehensive onboarding process
Full-time and part-time possible
Your tasks will be: Independent processing of customer requests in the areas of billing, market communication, and device and energy data management
Telephone and written customer service (Inbound)
Maintenance of master data, processing of invoices, complaints, and grievances
Active participation in case handling as well as collaboration with adjacent departments
You will bring: Completed training or several years of experience in customer service
Excellent communication skills in spoken and written form
Safe handling of the PC and quick understanding of new systems
Availability to work in shifts between 7:00 am and 8:00 pm
