Customer Advisors (m/w/d) - Dutch & German - 100% Remote

100 % Remote - within the EU (excluding Germany)
The hey contact heroes are looking for customer advisors who speak German and Dutch. This is an inbound service.
We are looking for reliable, motivated agents who will support us in inbound customer service in the long term.
If you speak German and Dutch and want to work remotely, you're exactly right with us.
Tasks
- Processing inbound calls around job cycles/bicycles
- Professional project environment with fixed contact partners
- As a Hero, you are the first point of contact for the customers of our clients
- 100 % Remote - Work from your location within Germany
Qualification
- First experiences in the field of customer service and dealing with customers,
- Very good German language skills (spoken and written – at least C1),
- Dutch on C1/C2 level
- You are comfortable working with a PC,
- Readiness for shift work and weekend shifts within our service hours
- You are unbeatable in the area of customer satisfaction, solution orientation, empathy, and sympathy,
- Friendly demeanor and respectful communication,
- You love making different customer characters happy,
- A prerequisite for you is working from home.
