100 % Remote - within the EU (excluding Germany)

The hey contact heroes are looking for customer advisors who speak German and Dutch. This is an inbound service.

We are seeking reliable, motivated agents who will support us in our inbound customer service long-term.

If you speak German and Dutch and want to work remotely, you're exactly right with us.

Tasks

Processing of inbound calls around job cycles/bicycles
Professional project environment with fixed contact partners
As a Hero, you are the first point of contact for our clients' customers
100 % Remote - Work from your location within Germany

Qualification

Initial experiences in customer service and handling customers,
Very good German language skills (spoken and written – at least C1),
Dutch on a C1/C2 level
You are comfortable working with a PC, it's no challenge for you,
Readiness for shift work and weekend shifts within our service hours
You excel in customer satisfaction, solution orientation, empathy, and sympathy,
Friendly demeanor and respectful communication,
You love making different customer characters happy,
A prerequisite for you is working from home.
