As a Customer Advisor at ESH Unternehmensgruppe, you will conduct initial conversations with prospects who want to prepare for the tax advisor exam. Your primary focus will currently be on our largest business area, ESH Tax Advisor Exam Preparation.

You will find out where prospects currently stand, clarify initial questions, and prepare further consultation meetings with our strategy advisors.

You will work according to clearly defined processes and conversation structures.

No sales experience? No problem.
We will systematically train you in our conversation flows and processes. You do not need knowledge of tax law for this position.

Your tasks

• You conduct initial phone conversations with prospects.

• Using clear questions, you determine where the prospect currently stands and what support they need.

• You check whether our offering fundamentally suits their situation.

• You prepare suitable prospects for the follow-up meeting with our strategy advisors.

• You schedule appointments and ensure complete preparation and follow-up.

• You reliably document conversations and information in our systems.

• You support our strategy advisors with recurring operational tasks.

• Occasionally, you will accompany us to trade fairs, seminars, and events.

Your workday looks like this

The majority of your work consists of phone calls, appointment preparation, and documented processes.

You work with fixed conversation structures and clearly defined processes. This way, you know what to do in each situation and what the next steps are.

Within your scope of tasks, you work independently and take responsibility for ensuring that conversations, appointments, and documentation are reliably completed.

If an exceptional case arises or something is unclear, you coordinate with the responsible colleague.

Completed vocational training is helpful, but not a prerequisite.

Experience in sales, consulting, or customer contact is an advantage, but also not strictly required.

You do not need knowledge of tax law.

Your onboarding at ESH

Your onboarding phase typically lasts 2–4 months.

With our digital training platform, conversation guides, instructions, and checklists, you will learn your tasks step by step.

You can repeat and review content at any time and have dedicated contact persons for your questions.

Our goal is that you can confidently and independently take over your scope of tasks after the onboarding.
