Customer Advisor: Sales Professional Pension Provision (80-100%) The VSM Collective Foundation for Medical Professionals and VSMplus Collective Foundation for Employee Pension Provision insure both doctors, medical organizations, and companies and organizations in the medical sector as well as other industries in the context of professional pension provision. A team of 7 employees is active at the business site in Bern-Liebefeld in the pension fund administration. As part of the further development of the collective foundations, we are looking for a customer advisor: to support the sales team in the development and implementation of new sales strategies and to maintain and expand existing customer relationships. The ideal candidate should have a degree in business administration, economics, or a related field, and have at least 3 years of experience in sales or a related field. The candidate should also have excellent communication and presentation skills, be able to work independently, and have a high level of organizational skills. The working language is German, and the candidate should be able to work in a team and be flexible. The position is full-time, and the salary is competitive.
