Customer Advisor Service Center 100% (Banking)
Your tasks:
- Organization and coordination of customer appointments in German and Swiss German
- Processing and answering complex written customer inquiries by email
- Telephone support for customers
- Forwarding calls to the responsible departments
- Support with concerns in the banking environment (e.g., pension fund)
- General administrative tasks
Your profile:
- Very good German skills (understanding Swiss German required)
- Experience in banking or in a contact center is an advantage
- Commercial apprenticeship (KV) is an advantage
- Good IT user skills
- Reliable, structured, and service-oriented way of working
- Impeccable reputation
