Your tasks
- Receiving our clientele in the customer hall
- Determining needs, including individual wishes and goals, and recognizing potential
- Advising private clients in the areas of payments, savings, investments and pension provision
- Accompanying our clientele into the digital world
- Making appointments and conducting holistic consultation sessions
- Acquiring new customers as well as recognizing and mediating further customer needs
- Processing cash transactions, currency exchange and precious metal transactions as well as managing ATMs, recyclers and safe deposit box systems
Your profile
- Completed commercial bank apprenticeship (EFZ) or equivalent banking training, as offered by CYP or other recognized institutes
- Several years of experience in advising and selling financial and basic products
- Enjoyment of active customer consulting and affinity for digital channels
- High flexibility and team spirit
- Your communicative, trustworthy nature and your confident demeanor will serve you well in customer contact
- You score with your high acquisition, sales and service orientation
- Willingness to work shifts (alternating from approx. 08:00 – 17:00, 08:30 - 17:30 or 09:30 – 18:30)
