Tasks

• You advise customers and interested parties around modern energy solutions.
• You support with questions about products, technology, and services from the renewable energies sector.
• You conduct professional consulting conversations by phone and/or digitally.
• You process customer requests reliably and solution-oriented.
• You ensure a positive customer experience.

Qualification

• First experiences in the energy sector and dealing with customers,
• Very good German language skills (spoken and written – at least C1),
• You're comfortable working with a PC,
• Availability for shift work and weekend shifts within our service hours,
• You're unbeatable in the area of customer satisfaction, solution orientation, empathy, and sympathy,
• A friendly demeanor and respectful communication,
• You love making different customer characters happy,
• A prerequisite for you is working from home (in Germany).
