How you inspire

• You ensure personal advice for basic products in the areas of accounts, savings, investments, and retirement planning
• You manage and develop your own customer portfolio in the private retail customer segment
• You enthusiastically take on the role of host and act as the point of contact for all concerns in the customer zone
• You guide and support our customers in integrated self-service and in using digital tools

What you bring

• You have completed commercial vocational training in the banking sector
• You love direct customer contact and have good communication and presentation skills, preferably also in Swiss German
• You possess a high degree of service orientation with a courteous and engaging demeanor
• You demonstrate a high level of initiative and entrepreneurial thinking
