Customer Service Representative (m/w/d) - TUMI Services GmbH Unna

Our location in Unna is the European distribution center for TUMI. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative (m/w/d) in full-time (39 hours/week) from July 1st, 2026.

Tasks

• Inbound customer contact and service, primarily in English, for our e-commerce customers in the European region via phone, email, chat, and social media = no outbound telephone / no cold calling
• Processing of customer inquiries in the area of e-commerce and after-sales service
• Sustaining and reporting incoming requests, as well as customer traffic

Qualification

• Ideal first experiences in the field of Customer Service
• Customer-oriented thinking and behavior paired with empathy for the traveling customer
• You master German and English fluently – additional foreign language skills are advantageous but not a must
• You are familiar with working on a PC, especially MS-Office
• Eigenständigkeit and a structured work approach are self-evident to you
