Customer Advisor for Income Replacement Benefits (80%-100%)

With you, our customers are well advised.
"I have to go to recruit school. Am I entitled to compensation for loss of earnings?" "I am expecting a child. What do I need to do to receive maternity benefits?" Such questions and similar ones are asked daily to our customer advisors in the area of income replacement benefits. You will be in regular telephone and written contact with our customers and will advise them on questions concerning loss of earnings and maternity benefits. You will review applications and determine entitlements. Processing objections is also part of your interesting task.

You convince us professionally and personally.
A prerequisite for this varied and demanding job is a commercial apprenticeship. Alternatively, you have another three-year vocational training and a completed commercial education.

You are a personality who likes to think ahead, take initiative, and perform at your best in a dynamic environment. Personal responsibility and team spirit go hand in hand for you. Efficient work is a matter of course for you, whether it involves demanding tasks or routine work.
