Tasks

Your mission:

• You advise customers of a municipal client by phone and in writing.
• You answer questions about issues related to customer service.
• You record, process, and document customer inquiries carefully in the designated systems.
• You find solution-oriented answers and ensure a positive customer experience.
• You forward complex requests to the responsible departments as needed.

Qualification

Your profile:

• You have completed a commercial training or have several years of experience in customer service.
• You have basic product and industry knowledge, ideally in the municipal sector or energy industry.
• You work carefully, reliably, and service-oriented.
• You have high customer orientation and remain friendly and professional even in challenging conversations.
• You bring well-developed social and communicative skills.
• You have a quiet, suitable workspace at home.
