Tasks

• Inbound Communication: Handling phone and written inquiries – always with a focus on excellent customer service.
• Solution-oriented work: You answer customer questions, solve problems, and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Professional Support: You are the first point of contact for customers and work closely with our internal teams.

Qualification

• First experiences in dealing with customers,
• You are willing to complete a training session on site in Hamburg, after which you will switch to the home office
• Very good German language skills (spoken and written – at least C1),
• You are comfortable working with computers,
• Experience with EVU and SAP systems
• Willingness to work shifts and weekends within our service hours
• You are unbeatable in the areas of customer satisfaction, solution orientation, empathy, and sympathy,
• Friendly demeanor and respectful communication,
