Tasks

• Your tasks include advising, sales-free consulting, and general information about services in the tourism industry.
• Caring for new and existing customers as well as identifying customer needs,
• Processing requests via email and phone at lightning speed,
• As a Hero, you are the first point of contact for our clients' customers.

Qualification

• First experiences in the tourism sector and dealing with customers,
• Very good German language skills (spoken and written - at least C1 level),
• You're comfortable working on a computer,
• Willingness to work shifts and weekend shifts within our service hours from Monday to Sunday, 7:30 am to 11:00 pm,
• You're unbeatable in customer satisfaction, solution-oriented thinking, empathy, and sympathy,
• Friendly demeanor and respectful communication,
• You love making different customer personalities happy,
• A prerequisite for you is working from home office.
