Are you ready to become a Hero?

Your role as a Hero:

• Your tasks include consulting, sales, and general information about services in the tourism industry.
• Caring for new and existing customers, as well as identifying customer needs,
• Processing requests via email and phone,
• As a Hero, you are the first point of contact for our clients' customers

Your strengths as a Hero:

• First experiences in the tourism industry and dealing with customers,
• Very good German language skills (spoken and written - at least C1),
• You are comfortable working on a computer,
• Readiness for shift work and weekend shifts within our service hours from Monday to Sunday 7:30 am to 11:00 pm
• You are unbeatable in customer satisfaction, solution orientation, empathy, and sympathy,
• Friendly demeanor and respectful communication,
• You love making different customer personalities happy,
• Multiskilled: You enjoy working on multiple projects simultaneously,
• A prerequisite for you is to work from home office.
