Tasks

• Your tasks include consulting, sales, and general information on services in the tourism industry.
• Caring for new and existing customers as well as identifying customer needs,
• Processing requests via email and phone at lightning speed,
• As a Hero, you are the first point of contact for our clients' customers

Qualification

• First experiences in the tourism industry and dealing with customers,
• Very good German language skills (spoken and written - at least C1),
• You are comfortable working on a computer,
• Willingness to work shifts and weekend shifts within our service hours from Monday to Sunday, 7:30 am to 11:00 pm,
• You are unbeatable in customer satisfaction, solution orientation, empathy, and sympathy,
• A friendly demeanor and respectful communication,
• You love making different customer personalities happy,
• A prerequisite for you is working from home.
