Tasks

• Your tasks include consulting, sales, and general information about services in the tourism industry.
• Caring for new and existing customers as well as determining product needs,
• Processing via email and phone at lightning speed,
• As a Hero, you are the first point of contact for our clients' customers

Qualification

• First experiences in the tourism sector and dealing with customers,
• Very good German language skills (spoken and written - at least C1),
• You are comfortable working on a computer,
• Willingness to work shifts and weekend shifts within our service hours from Monday to Sunday 7:30 am to 11:00 pm
• You are unbeatable in the areas of customer satisfaction, solution orientation, empathy, and sympathy,
• Friendly demeanor and respectful communication,
• You love making different customer personalities happy,
• A prerequisite for you is working from home office.
