Stadtritter operates its own 24/7 emergency and service command center and secures private homes and commercial properties in Berlin and Brandenburg with alarm systems, video surveillance, and intervention services. Tasks

Accepting incoming customer calls and providing competent initial consultation

Processing service and support requests around security technology

Redirecting technical issues to the relevant departments

Documenting all conversations and processes in the system

Assisting with administrative tasks in the command center

Close cooperation with the command center and technical team

Working in shift service (including night and weekend shifts)

Qualification

You should bring:

Enjoyment of phone calls and service-oriented thinking

Safe handling of PC systems

Very good German language skills in writing and speaking

Stress tolerance and team fit

Readiness for shift work

Not a must, but a plus:

Experience in a call center or customer service

Interest in security technology
