You support existing business customers, analyze their contracts and develop suitable solutions – all in a fixed daily rhythm.

* Telephone consultation of existing customers in the B2B sector
* Presentation of suitable offers up to successful conclusion
* Work in a plannable work model that suits your everyday life
* Clear and structured documentation of your results
* Optimization of existing contracts and their services, for example through adapted tariff models, updated conditions or the use of new end devices.

Qualification

What you bring with you

* Joy in convincing people and achieving successful conclusions
* An open, communicative personality who enjoys being in contact with customers
* Fluent German language skills and a good sense for different conversation situations
* Safe handling of the PC and modern communication tools
* Motivation and willingness to learn – we will make you fit and teach you everything you need for your success!
* Are you from the area: telephone sales, customer service, customer advice, sales manager, telesales agent, call center employee, sales agent, customer service, customer service, clerical work or are you a career changer?
