In the Oststadt branch, you will advise and look after our customers together with three other colleagues and our branch management.

Your tasks:

• Customer contact management and support for assigned customers

• Comprehensive and independent support of assigned customers within the framework of our S-Finanzkonzept and with the involvement of specialists (for insurance, occupational pensions, securities business, and building savings)

• Active advice in the core competencies of service and liquidity, coverage of life risks, retirement planning, building and structuring assets (primarily through independent securities business)

• Initiation discussions in private construction financing

• Maintenance and intensification of existing customer relationships as well as acquisition of new customers

Your profile:

• Banking specialist or comparable training

• Openness and enjoyment of working with customers

• As an employer bound by collective agreements, we apply the relevant collective regulations of the TVöD-AT and TVöD-BT-S. Remuneration is according to pay group E 9a. The annual gross remuneration depends on experience and qualifications and ranges from approx. €50,598 to approx. €68,873 with 13.83 monthly salaries including the maximum amount of capital-forming benefits.
