Raiffeisenbank Grauholz is a successful and locally oriented bank with branches in Urtenen-Schönbühl, Fraubrunnen, Münchenbuchsee, Schüpfen, Uettligen, and Zollikofen. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a motivated and service-oriented personality as a Customer Advisor (m/f/d) by appointment.

What awaits you?
You and your team are the calling card of our bank at your location and ensure a likeable and dynamic presence on site.
You recognize customer potential through active and continuous support of the team's customer portfolio.
You carry out simple and standardized consultations in the areas of payments, savings, retirement planning, and investments.
You develop solutions tailored to customer needs, taking into account the customer's life situation and within the framework of the segment-specific / customer-specific product offering.
You actively participate in target group-specific market development measures, especially in contact campaigns.
What do you bring?
You have completed banking training or comparable training.
You have a quick grasp of things and a high willingness to provide service.
You have a charming and very confident demeanor and enjoy proactive customer contact.
