Customer Advisor (m/w/d) Care and Health Products

You enjoy talking on the phone and want to make a real impact with your work? You support people around care and health products, answer questions, take orders, and ensure that customers receive the support they need quickly and reliably. No cold calling is expected, but rather varied inbound telephone calls with existing customers and interested parties. Whether customer service expert, newcomer or re-entrant - we will prepare you in a comprehensive training program for your assignment.

Tasks

• Telephone support for existing customers and interested parties in the care and health products area
• Counseling on products, acceptance of orders, and processing of service requests
• Data collection and maintenance of customer and order data in SAP
• Analysis of customer needs and information about suitable additional services

Qualification

• Pleasure in dealing with people
• Friendly and service-oriented communication
• Good German language skills in writing and speaking
• Safe handling of the PC
• SAP knowledge is desirable, but not a must
• Reliable and structured working method
• Teamwork and empathy
• You come from the area: Customer Service, Customer Advisor, Call Center, Sales Representative, Sales Manager, Inside Sales, Customer Service, Service Employee, Service Assistant, Care, Care Assistant, Office, Administrative Assistant
