The branch is part of the Head Office unit Neureut/Eggenstein. In the Head Office Branch Eggenstein, you will advise and support our customers together with two other colleagues and our branch manager.

Aufgaben

• Kundenkontaktmanagement und Betreuung for assigned customers
• comprehensive and self-responsible customer support in the context of our S-Financial Concept and involving specialists (for insurance, occupational pension provision, securities trading, and building society)
• active consulting in the core competence areas Service and Liquidity, securing life risks, old-age provision, forming and structuring assets (mainly through independent WP business)
• Preliminary consultation for private home financing
• Maintenance and intensification of existing customer relationships as well as winning new customers

Qualifikation

• Bank clerk or comparable training
• Affinity and joy in dealing with customers
