Customer Advisor (m/w/d) Full-time

About the Role

• Serve our customers and passengers friendly and competently in the FlixShop in Hannover
• Sell tickets and inform about the Flix offer
• Ensure a smooth process before bus departures
• Coordinate actively passengers and support at check-in
• Distribute information materials like flyers and magazines to our buses
• Shape a positive customer experience on site
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes

About You

• You are available for a full-time position (40 hours / week) 
• Ideal candidates have already gained experience in customer service, retail, at the airport or in similar fields
• Good German language skills you bring with you, first English language skills are also an advantage
• You navigate confidently and routinely with PC, Internet and E-Mail communication
• As a service-oriented and communicative person, you always present yourself well
• You maintain calmness and overview even in stressful moments
