Tasks

• Product Expert: You advise and sell products from our basic range for private and corporate customers with a focus on payment transactions, saving (e.g., investment services and building savings) as well as old-age provision.
• Budget Analyst: With the Sparkassen-Finanzkonzept, you find exactly the right solutions that fit your young customers' goals.
• Networker with Heart: You actively support young existing customers and win new young customers, building long-term relationships – on eye level and across all channels.
• Sales Professional: With creative sales actions and smart customer approach, you contribute significantly to success – and develop your sales strategy continuously.
• Customer Understanding: You strengthen active customer loyalty, ensure satisfaction, and use all (digital) channels to establish new contact points. Whether personally, through social media, or at events and trade fairs – you are present, build your network deliberately, and ensure that our customers feel well taken care of.
• Futures Guide in Financial Matters: You support young people in their financial independence – and serve as a contact person for the next generation.

Qualification

• You are a bank clerk (m/w/d) with experience in customer service, ideally with young customers.
• Your knowledge of IDD according to the Insurance Intermediaries Act (Versicherungsvermittlungsverordnung – VersVermV) is available – so you can start immediately and get going.
• You enjoy sales, like approaching young people, and advising them on an equal footing.
• You are flexible in your work schedule – both in terms of time and location, adapting to the needs of your customers.
• You have fun working with digital media.
• You have optimal English or other language skills.
