Would you like to work in customer service and eventually work comfortably from home? For a new project in the area of municipal services, we are looking for reliable and service-oriented employees (m/f/d) from Hamburg and the surrounding area.

Important: The onboarding and training will largely take place on-site in Hamburg. Therefore, you should come from the Hamburg area and be able to reliably attend on-site during the training phase. After successful completion of the training, you will regularly switch to working from home.

Your Mission:

• You are the first point of contact for customer concerns
• You answer telephone inquiries in a friendly and solution-oriented manner
• You provide information on services, processes, and general concerns
• You record and maintain relevant information in the system
• You forward more complex concerns to the responsible departments as needed
• You ensure a positive customer experience through friendly and professional communication

Your Profile:

• You live in Hamburg or the surrounding area
• You are willing to be on-site in Hamburg for the training and onboarding phase
• You communicate confidently and friendly in German
• You enjoy interacting with people and have a strong service orientation
• You work reliably, carefully, and independently
• You are proficient with PCs and can quickly learn new systems
