Tasks

• Inbound Communication: Handling of inquiries by phone and in writing – always with a focus on excellent customer service.
• Solution-oriented work: You answer customer questions, solve problems, and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Professional Support: You are the first point of contact for customers and work closely with our internal teams.

Qualification

• First experiences in dealing with customers,
• Very good German language skills (spoken and written – at least C1),
• You are comfortable working on a computer,
• Availability for shift work and weekend shifts within our service hours
• You are unbeatable in the area of customer satisfaction, solution orientation, empathy, and sympathy,
• Friendly demeanor and respectful communication,
• A prerequisite for you is working from home (in Germany). The training takes place on site in Hamburg.
