FlixBus Customer Advisor (m/w/d)

Join our engaged team at the Berlin ZOB and support us in creating an excellent customer experience right on site. We work with passion to offer our guests the best service – with a smile, good organization and strong teamwork. 

About the Role

• Serve our customers and passengers friendly and competently in the FlixShop in Berlin at the ZOB
• Sell tickets and inform about the Flix offer
• Ensure a smooth process before bus departures
• Coordinate actively passengers and support at check-in
• Distribute information materials like flyers and magazines to our buses
• Shape a positive customer experience on site
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes

About You

• You are available for a part-time position (32.5 hours/week)
• Ideal candidates have already gained experience in customer service, retail, at an airport or similar fields
• Good German language skills you bring with you, first English language skills are also advantageous
• You are familiar with PC, internet and email communication
• As a service-oriented and communicative person, you always present yourself well
• In stressful moments, you maintain calmness and overview
