The branch is part of the head office unit Neureut/Eggenstein. In the Eggenstein head office branch, you will advise and look after our customers together with two other colleagues and our branch management.

Responsibilities

• Customer contact management and support for assigned customers
• Holistic and independent support of assigned customers within the framework of our S-Finanzkonzept (S Financial Concept) and with the involvement of specialists (for insurance, occupational pensions, securities business, and building savings)
• Active advice in the core competencies of service and liquidity, protection against life risks, retirement planning, building and structuring assets (primarily through independent securities business)
• Initiation of discussions in private real estate financing
• Maintenance and intensification of existing customer relationships as well as acquisition of new customers

Qualifications

• Banking specialist or comparable training
• Openness and enjoyment of dealing with customers
