Customer Advisor (m/w/d)

Desch Digital has been specializing exclusively in accounting firms for six years. We help firm owners and partners to digitalize their processes, win new clients, and relieve their employees.

Our program combines 1:1 consulting, our own training platform, and close community support. We are a small but powerful team in Hamburg that ensures the redefinition of accounting every day.

Tasks

As a Customer Advisor, you will be the central point of contact for our partner firms. You accompany firm owners through our programs, answer their questions, and ensure they implement them.

• You hold regular 1:1 meetings with the firm owners of our partner firms, discuss current challenges, and develop solutions together for everyday life in accounting firms.
• You answer procedural questions, help with implementation in practice, and are there when things get stuck in everyday life.
• You advise comprehensively on topics such as digitalization, positioning, and internal processes at accounting firms.
• You prepare meetings carefully beforehand and afterwards, and ensure that nothing is left behind.
• You actively bring yourself into the further development of our consulting offer.

Qualification

• Completed commercial training, study or comparable qualification
• Experience in or with accounting firms from an advantage, but not a must: We train you through our training platform and analytical and solution-oriented thinking
• Independent and structured working style
• Very good German language skills
