Your tasks

Telephone and personal counseling of seniors and relatives about our services (everyday help)

Needs analysis: What is really needed? (e.g. household, accompaniment, shopping, relief for relatives)

Prior appointments (out-of-office) in Dresden, if necessary/wanted

Offer creation and conclusion of care/service

Qualification

You bring this with you

Very good communication skills and genuine empathy

You are reliable, structured, and can lead decisions

Experience in counseling/sales/service is super (e.g. care counseling, insurance, Telekom, service) – but not a must

Mandatory driver's license class B and willingness to out-of-office appointments

Safe German language skills in writing and speaking
