hey contact heroes GmbH is a modern customer service provider with several hundred colleagues throughout Europe. For an exciting project in the field of mobile communications and telecommunications, we are looking for motivated customer advisors (m/f/d) to strengthen our team in the home office.

Tasks

• You advise and support existing customers regarding mobile communication products and services.
• You answer questions about tariffs, contracts, and other service concerns.
• You find individual solutions for the concerns of our customers.
• You carefully document the conversations in the system.
• You ensure a positive customer experience with your friendly demeanor.

Qualifications

• Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
• Enjoyment of talking on the phone and interacting with people
• Strong service and customer orientation
• A reliable, structured, and independent way of working
• Confident PC skills
• Initial experience in customer service or telephony is an advantage, but not a requirement
• A quiet workspace in the home office
• A stable internet connection
