Customer Advisor with Focus on Order Management (m/w/d)

Through a modern website, we enable customers to quickly and easily convert their graphic files into 3D logos and support them in personalizing and ordering additional products for their spaces directly through the website. This brings our designs physically to life using the latest 3D printing technology and biodegradable PLA, reducing resource consumption by up to 90% and demonstrating that great design and ecological responsibility can harmonize perfectly.

You will experience the entire creation process from a digital file to a physical product up close. Your workstation is just a few steps away from the workshop, so you can monitor the progress of all orders and projects at any time and hold the results in your hands. You will work independently on varied tasks and actively bring your own ideas for optimizing our products and processes.

Aufgaben

Your focus lies on optimal consulting during order processing as well as smooth coordination of all necessary steps between customer, partners, production, and accounting. This makes you a central area in the management between customers and production. As part of a well-organized inbound sales team, you will always keep the company's revenue targets in mind. Together with the team, you will decide which new functionalities offer added value for our webshop and customers.

• You check incoming orders for our 3D logos for completeness and technical feasibility.
• You clarify missing information proactively with the customer and communicate technical requirements clearly and solution-oriented.
• In complex implementations, you assess together with production whether the technical feasibility is possible and set realistic delivery dates in consultation with current capacity utilization.
• You create invoices, lead all relevant data structured to production and accounting, and ensure a clean internal documentation.
• You handle cancellations carefully and take care of any necessary partial refunds. When you have free capacity, you actively support the processing of customer inquiries – especially for larger regular customers.

• Knowledge in offer-, order-, and invoice processes (e.g., through business studies, training, or practical experience).
• Safe handling of common office tools.
• Able to understand and evaluate technical requirements (e.g. limitations on technical possibilities)
